About Antonio Rago
Professional Real Estate Agent
Antonio grew up in Edmonton with dreams and aspirations of becoming a professional soccer player. After years of travelling around the world, his dream finally came to fruition when he moved to Vancouver at the age of 16 to join the Vancouver Whitecaps Football Club. He then moved back home at age 19 to join FC Edmonton of the North American Soccer League.
After retiring from soccer, Antonio joined the family business. Sorrentino’s Restaurant Group has been a local staple in the hospitality industry since 1979. What was once just a restaurant and lounge in Castle Downs, has now grown into caffes, catering, cooking classes, pizzerias and much more. Antonio was responsible for launching SRG’s newest concept: Buco Pizzeria + Vino Bar. The first location opened in St. Albert in 2015 and there are now 3 locations around the Greater Edmonton Area. Antonio continues to be involved in the family business today.
Real Estate had always been on Antonio’s mind as an adult. Obtaining his real estate license has always been a goal for him and he was able to achieve this goal in early 2020. Analyzing the ever-changing market to best assist his clients remains an interest to him, however, his particular passion is assisting first time home buyers in making the biggest purchase of their lives. Purchasing or selling a property can be an exciting time but it can also be quite stressful. Antonio strives to assist with a stress-free process throughout by providing honest and knowledgeable services for all his clients!
